We all know breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and the best. I’m one of those people that really loves breakfast food and on our last morning in Charleston, we decided to wander down to King Street and see if we could get some good, southern biscuits at Callie’s Hot Little Biscuit. They’ve got specials for all kinds of tastes, I picked the sausage, egg, & pimiento cheese, while Beth picked a cake batter biscuit and Alicia ordered cinnamon filled. Next time I’ll plan to grab my breakfast to go, as this little shop gets crowded fast. If looking for breakfast in Charleston and find yourself the mood for a hearty breakfast biscuit that you won’t find outside of the South, make your way over to Callie’s. It won’t disappoint.
