Good food is one of the best things about traveling to cities like Charleston. If you’re in the right area, you can walk a block this way or that way and find all kinds of amazing restaurants. While most of the people would make reservations or have a plan, our little meal crew liked to wander and see what we could find.
We stumbled upon a table at Craftsmen Tap House we just knew we should sit down. Their menu is full of unique southern versions of of things like falafel, classic bar bites, sandwiches, pizzas, seafood, you name it! I went straight for the Sweet Potato & Butterbean Falafel and split an order of Crispy Potatoes with Aubry. Burgers were on the menu for Beth and Alicia, and probably some of those crispy potatoes, too. After a long day of conferencing and walking the city, this dinner was just what we needed. I mean, that pretty beer flight wasn’t too bad either.
