For months now, I’ve been searching for the perfect travel crossbody. I have a vintage Trocadero 24 (you can see it here), but it’s not quite wide enough or easy enough to access to use as a travel crossbody. In all my research, I looked at a few different options but I kept coming back to the Cuyana Camera Bag.
If you’ve been around here lately, you might now that we were supposed to leave for a big trip to Italy in less than a week. Needless to say, we aren’t going to be making the trip right now. BUT leading up to our trip, I did a ton of research and searched to find a crossbody that would hold the essentials. The main must-haves in my search? Room for my travel camera, travel wallet, passport case, and phone (plus a little extra for things like sunglasses or lip balm.)
The Specs
The Cuyana Camera Bag is available in black, camel, caramel, and deep ocean pebbled leather, or a chocolate crocodile embossed leather. The dimensions are W 9 in. x H 6.25 in. x D 2.75 in. with a 7 in. wide slip pocket on the front. It has a 20 in. to 24 in. adjustable strap drop and all colors have gold hardware.
Obviously I’m already a huge fan of the Cuyana Camera Bag. I’ve been carrying it on and off since it came in and it’s a great everyday crossbody, too. It holds everything that I wanted it to, as you can see in the above image. With all four of my must-have travel items inside, it zips closed perfectly and isn’t even close to being overfilled.
Overall, I love this crossbody and think it is going to be the perfect bag to take on my trip (once we re-book it). It definitely isn’t going to be just for traveling, though. It’s such a gorgeous crossbody and I know I’ll be carrying it a ton!
