Obviously I love a recipe that only calls for a few ingredients (see two-ingredient chocolate peanut butter bites and three-ingredient fruit dip). This pepperoncini pulled pork recipe is on regular rotation at our house and it is SO. EASY. You can’t beat a recipe that you can throw in the slow cooker and only calls for three ingredients, right?
Around here, I like to serve this pepperoncini pulled pork on Hawaiian buns with a little mustard-based BBQ sauce. It’s also really delicious stuffed into a baked sweet potato or piled on top of roasted vegetables. Basically, there are lots of ways that you can serve it! I even made a brunch bowl with this pulled pork, sweet potatoes, and an egg on top. You’ve gotta love a versatile recipe.
