With the holiday season creeping up on us, everyone needs a quick treat that they can whip up at a moment’s notice, right? It helps when you can lighten it up just a little bit, too. When I came across this Oikos® Pumpkin Pie Greek Yogurt on a quick trip to Wal Mart, I knew I had to snag some and give it a try. I mean, who doesn’t love pumpkin pie flavors in the fall? Now, personally I don’t eat a lot of yogurt, but I just knew it would make a delicious (and effortless) mini cheesecake pie; now that’s a perfect for a fall treat.
I’m a big fan of chocolate and pumpkin together, so when I was working on this quick recipe, I grabbed some mini chocolate chips & some chocolate sauce, along with a can of Reddi-wip® and a couple of packs of Keebler® Ready Crust® Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crust. Sounds like a delicious mix of goodies, doesn’t it. Seriously, you’re not going to believe how simple these pies are!
Have you tried these fun new fall flavors of Greek yogurt? I may just have to head back to Wal Mart and pick up the rest of the Oikos® Pumpkin Pie Greek Yogurt that they’ve got on the shelf. That stuff is delicious…plus I can use it to make these effortless pies!
Mini Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cheesecakes
Ingredients
- 2 Oikos® Pumpkin Pie Greek Yogurts
- 4 ounces 1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese
- 1/3 cup minature chocolate chips
- Keebler® Ready Crust® Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crust
- Reddi-wip®
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, blend together Oikos® Pumpkin Pie Greek Yogurt and cream cheese until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Fill each Keebler® Ready Crust® Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crust with cheesecake filling and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Just before serving, top each pie with Reddi-wip® and a little drizzle of chocolate sauce.
- Enjoy!
