First things first, I’m not here to tell you about my essential oil business. I’m not a rep for any company and I do not use them for everything. But I do use them for some things…and I usually have a few roll-on blends in my purse. I keep them this cute little case that holds six different full-size rollerballs, or I bring mini rollers (those iridescent ones in the photo).
Sometimes I order oils online, sometimes I just pick them up at Earth Fare. And I like to use Sweet Almond Oil as the “carrier oil” in my roll-on blends. Really, that’s just a personal preference, and I chose that one after doing a little research on carrier oils and which ones work well. The way that you react to a carrier oil will depend on your skin and allergies, so I’ll leave that part up to you.
A while back, I took a little poll over on Instagram about my DIY roll-on blends, and because the vote was a unanimous yes, here they are!
