While fall is in full swing in most ways, it’s still in the 80s down here in Georgia. Believe me, as a gal who has always had a special place in my heart for crisp, fall days, I am not happy about it…especially less than a week before Halloween.
While I’m longing to spend my days wrapped up in the coziest sweaters, that’s just not going to happen until it feels like fall out there. A breezy, long-sleeved peasant top like this one is the perfect solution on these not-so-cool fall days. Fall florals are everywhere this year, so the fun, floral pattern is right on trend and the sleeves keep you feeling like you’re dressed for the season.
This look made it’s debut on our anniversary trip to Asheville on a day when it was warm with a constant drizzle. I wore it on our tour of the Biltmore, wandering the grounds, and to a wine tasting at a vineyard nestled in the mountains. It’s an easy, versatile look to throw on and this peasant top could easily be dressed up for a day at work. Does it feel like fall where you live? (If so, I’m jealous.)
