Fun Florals for Galentine’s Day

Well, did y’all watch the game last night? It was a little bit of a heartbreaker for those of us cheering on the Falcons. I’m feeling the need to put together a killer Lady Gaga playlist for the gym this week, thanks to that halftime show. But now that the game is over, it’s time to concentrate on Valentine’s Day festivities for next week, right? We don’t do much for this particular holiday, but I love a fun Galentine’s Day get together. Winter florals are a big trend, and this black floral midi dress makes a fun look whether you’re dressing for a Valentine’s Day date or a night out with the girls. Plus, it has pockets! I. KNOW. I had no idea that bonus was happening when I picked this one out.

I think I’ll count girls’ weekend in Savannah and upcoming trip to Orlando as my Galentine’s Day celebrations for this year, since both are spent with my oldest friends. As for Valentine’s Day, we don’t generally make a big deal of it. This year we’re thinking we’ll cook up some steaks and have a nice dinner at home. Sounds like a perfect time to wear a comfy floral dress, don’t you think? What are your plans?
