Who doesn’t love a good rivalry game? I can’t wait to watch this weekend as our Bulldogs fight to keep the Golden Egg at home where it belongs. The weather has been a bit finicky down here in the South, one day they predict us to be freezing and the next it’s 70 degrees and sunny on game day. My new Spanx leggings have been the perfect remedy for the indecisive weather we’re having. Seriously, y’all. Spanx is slowly releasing their new fashion line that includes these snakeskin stripe leggings, along with some fabulous jeans and pants. They’re not too heavy, though just heavy enough that you won’t freeze when the sun goes down–plus they’re perfect with a sweater or your favorite tunic. I’ve tossed a heavy sweater and this breezy Piko in my bag, knowing I can’t trust the forecast for game day. So I’m ready to ring in the Egg Bowl, Hail State! Who are you rooting for this rivalry week?

*About those sunglasses, they’re a new game day staple for me: these sunglasses. These puppies have teeth on the inside of the frames so that when you don’t need them anymore, you can push them up like a headband and they don’t move. It’s such a simple idea, yet it makes a hug difference when you’ve got nowhere else to put your sunglasses.
