After hearing all kinds of good things about Glossier, I’ve finally taken the plunge and picked up a few products to try out. The designer in me fell in love with the clean & colorful packaging, of course. After this first round, there are definitely a few products that I’ll be picking up again.
Boy Brow LOVE. I am not at all a fan of filling in my brows. I always feel like they are uneven and much too dark when I fill them. So, I picked up a tube of Boy Brow in dark brown and I am obsessed. A few quick swipes gives my brows a little extra definition, and keeps everything in line. Definitely will be buying Boy Brow again!
Super Bounce Serum I sure do love a good serum, and this one didn’t disappoint. My skin feels really hydrated when I put on a little Super Bounce in the mornings. This particular serum is on the thicker side and takes a little time to settle into your skin. Personally, I only like to use it on days when I won’t be wearing makeup. Otherwise, I start to feel a little bit greasy. Overall, this is not my favorite serum. I’ll probably try out Super Glow and Super Pure, but I’m not sure I’ll but this one again.
Stretch Concealer YES. I picked up the lightest shade of Stretch Concealer, and I love it because it blends out nicely without leaving lines. This is an every day must-have for me, since I don’t wear makeup most days (perks of working remotely!) A little stretch concealer, a swipe of blush and some mascara and I’m ready for the day. Absolutely will buy Stretch Concealer again–but I think it’s going to last a while. I’ve been using this tub for a little over a month and I’ve barely made a dent in it!
Birthday Balm dotcom This slightly sparkly gloss smells absolutely delicious. I mean, exactly like confetti cake. It only takes a little and really seems to stay on my lips well. I’m not sure it tops my favorite lip balm, but the scent and sparkle are a lot of fun. I’m not sure that I will re-purchase this balm. I just love my Treat lip balms so much.
Cloud Paint in Haze I’ve been dying to try out Cloud Paint since I first read about it. I’ve got a bit of a thing for cream & gel blush this summer, and this one doesn’t disappoint. A little bit of this one goes a long, long way. It’s really easy to put on too much of it, but once you get the hang of it, it gives you a lovely glow. I think that this color is a little bit too dark for my skin tone, so next time I’ll pick up Beam or Puff next time.
So what are your favorite Glossier products? I know I want to pick up a bottle of Milky Jelly Cleanser soon. Send me your faves!
