Are there any other chocolate lovers out there? I l-o-v-e dark chocolate, and when I did a round of Faster Way to Fat Loss earlier this year, I was determined to come up with at least one indulgent, low carb chocolate treat to get my through low carb day. So, I tried a few different things, but it turned out that this super simple low carb chocolate recipe was the perfect treat to keep on hand when I had a craving for a bite of chocolate. They’re rich and keep that good chocolate texture and even taste a little bit like a dark chocolate peanut butter cup.
These are my favorite no sugar added dark chocolate chips, but if you don’t like dark chocolate, you might want to use these milk chocolate chips instead. And then if you’re dairy-free, you can use these non-dairy chocolate chips (the outcome will be slightly higher in carbs, but not too bad!) So. Many. Options.

Now, I created this recipe to be a low-carb treat, but honestly…you don’t have to make them that way. If you’re not watching your carb intake, then go for it with regular chocolate chips! I promise, they’ll still be delicious, maybe just a little bit sweeter.
I love to have these on hand for low-carb days, so I’ll usually make a batch on Sunday and just have them in the refrigerator all week for an easy little low carb sweet treat. They really don’t take long to make, and it’s truly SO easy. So, let’s skip all the rest of the talking and let’s get to that recipe:
Two-Ingredient Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites
Ingredients
- 1 bag Stevia Sweetened Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter, No Sugar Added (I use Trader Joe's Organic Creamy Peanut Butter)
Instructions
- Pour the dark chocolate chips into a saucepan over medium heat. Stirring often to prevent burning.
- Once the chocolate is melted, add the peanut butter and stir until well blended.
- Remove from heat, and use a small cookie scoop to transfer into mini baking cups. (Or cool until it thickens a little and roll it into balls, either way works!)
- Place in the refrigerator to harden (or the freezer for about 20 minutes). Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Enjoy!
