Is anyone else really, really ready for fall to be here? The heat is sticking around, but I’m still slowly breaking out the transitional pieces. There’s no question that this gorgeous navy Vera Bradley purse is going to be one of my most used bags all through the season.
We decided to brave downtown Athens on Saturday afternoon in search of a spread of appetizers and a couple of Terrapins, and found ourselves a quiet corner table at Trappeze Pub. With the college kids back in town, everything is always a little crowded, but this outfit was perfect for a fun, low-key date downtown.
Seriously, though, can y’all believe this is a Vera Bradley bag? I KNOW. If you can believe it, I still use some of my Java Blue Vera pieces (that I got when I was in high school), but I’m in love with these new pieces that they’ve got going on! Don’t worry, they still have all those gorgeous patterned pieces, and I had to give a nod to them with this super cute phone case. And you can see a little peek of the lining of the bag…it’s pretty & patterned, too!
By the way, this shirt? So, so comfy. I bought it in two colors…and I really want to go back for the striped version. It’s crazy soft and the perfect weight for transitioning from summer to fall. Wouldn’t it be cute with a pair of skinny jeans and boots? Come on, cooler weather!
Have you checked out the new releases from Vera Bradley? Tell me your favorites, there’s so much to love!
