Sometimes when we come in from the gym at night, neither of us feels like eating dinner so we started going out to grab smoothies instead. We still pick up smoothies some nights, but it’s just not affordable to pick one up every night. So I’ve been trying to mimic our favorite smoothies, keeping the cost down by buying bags of frozen fruit, tubs of Greek yogurt, and the biggest bottles of juice.
I’m a sucker for anything mango–partially because it reminds me of lying on the beach in Jamaica (take me back!), so I thought I’d start with a refreshing mango smoothie recipe. When I went to pick up the mango chunks, I spied some peach slices and grabbed a bag of those too. This Peach Mango Smoothie recipe is a good bit sweeter than my Go-To Green Smoothie, but it’s a really nice treat to help curb a craving for sweets. Hope you enjoy!
Peach Mango Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup Mango Juice I use Naked Mighty Mango
- 1/3-1/2 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 1/3 cup Frozen Mango Chunks
- 1/2 cup Frozen Peaches
Instructions
- Add all ingredients together, and blend until smooth. If the peach mango smoothie is too thick for your liking, add a little water to the blender until it reaches the right consistency for you.
