Looks like this week is all about Galentine’s Day, and I’m ok with it. (This was going to be a Valentine’s Day cocktail, until I realized that my husband would not want to drink a pink cocktail.) Last year I made these yummy Mimosa Shooters as a fun little cocktail for a girls’ get together. This year, I discovered Tart Vodka (that’s basically supposed to taste like SweetTarts), so of course I had to make a cocktail with it. The flavor can be a little intense, but when you mix it with something like lemonade, or in this case pink lemonade, it makes the flavor a little bit more smooth.
Single or Multi-Serving
This quick cocktail could easily go from single serve, to a multi-serving punch. I’d guess that you could mix a bottle of pink lemonade, a bottle of vodka, and a bottle or two of club soda and have a refreshing, boozy pink punch for any kind of get together (I didn’t test that out, but it sounds like it would work, right?)
Sweet + Tart Galentine's Day Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1 shot Three Olives Tartz Vodka
- 2 shots Pink Lemonade
- Club Soda to fill the glass
Instructions
- Add all three ingredients to a glass and stir with a swizzle stick. Optional: garnish with lemon slices or strawberries.
