Just a couple of weeks ago, I was invited to attend the finale show of College Fashion Week in Atlanta. It was supposed to be cold, so I had planned a rockin’ outfit, complete with faux leather leggings and such…then it wasn’t. It was almost hot that day, so I had to change my plan at the last minute, with the help of Samantha and Taylor, via social media, I came up with this comfy fall look, that wasn’t too much for the weather.
I’d been dying to break out this plaid number ever since I snagged it, but I’m sure you’ve heard that the South doesn’t really have four seasons. It’s finally cool-ish enough that we can dress like it’s fall without burning up. I’m glad that plaid is having a moment this fall, it’s always been the coziest pattern, in my opinion. I think this sassy little vest is SO versatile for fall & winter.
And can we just talk for a second about how gorgeous this micro-studded clutch is? I can’t get over it. Every time I carry this little beauty, I get tons of comments on it. Vera Bradley is killing it with their new designs for fall and winter, y’all.
