A few weekends ago, I went on a basic fall weekend adventure…apple picking. We came home with a GIANT bag of apples. So, I’ve been keeping a batch of this fruit dip mixed up so that I can grab the bowl and and apple out of the ‘fridge for an easy + healthy snack. A crisp, sliced apple and pumpkin spice fruit dip makes a nice afternoon snack—especially on those days when starts out cool and gets warm in the afternoon. And honestly…it’s ridiculous how easy this is to make.
I won’t go on too much about this, but I do want to mention a couple of things: I recommend using a low-moisture Greek yogurt OR straining some of the liquid out of your yogurt. I love using a higher-fat plain Greek yogurt for this dip, because you get a nice amount of protein from it, too.
The second thing is the liquid stevia. I use this vanilla cream one for my fruit dip (and for a couple of iced coffee recipes!) You could also use plain liquid stevia and a little bit of vanilla extract instead.
