Three Ingredient Pepperoncini Roast
Instructions
  1. Place the pork roast in the bottom of the crock pot.
  2. Sprinkle the Italian dressing mix over the roast.
  3. Pour the entire jar (including the pickling liquid) of pepperoncini peppers into the crock pot.
  4. Cover & cook on low for 8 hours.
  5. Serve on Hawaiian rolls or on top of roasted vegetables.
