Two-Ingredient Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites
  1. Pour the dark chocolate chips into a saucepan over medium heat. Stirring often to prevent burning.
  2. Once the chocolate is melted, add the peanut butter and stir until well blended.
  3. Remove from heat, and use a small cookie scoop to transfer into mini baking cups. (Or cool until it thickens a little and roll it into balls, either way works!)
  4. Place in the refrigerator to harden (or the freezer for about 20 minutes). Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
