Two-Ingredient Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites
Stevia Sweetened Dark Chocolate Chips
Creamy Peanut Butter, No Sugar Added
(I use Trader Joe’s Organic Creamy Peanut Butter)
Pour the dark chocolate chips into a saucepan over medium heat. Stirring often to prevent burning.
Once the chocolate is melted, add the peanut butter and stir until well blended.
Remove from heat, and use a small cookie scoop to transfer into mini baking cups. (Or cool until it thickens a little and roll it into balls, either way works!)
Place in the refrigerator to harden (or the freezer for about 20 minutes). Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
