Spicy Sweet Potato Hummus
  1. Add chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, & olive oil to a blender and pulse until blended well.
  2. Cut sweet potato into chunks and add it to them the blender, along with red pepper flakes.
  3. Blend until smooth. If hummus is too thick, add a little water at a time until it is the consistency that you want.
  4. Transfer to a bowl or serving dish and top it with a little drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of sea salt.

Serve with raw vegetables, pita chips, or add it to your favorite sandwich!
