Easy Dark Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Muffins
Spice Cake Mix
Dark Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 350. Line 12 muffin cups with cupcake liners OR spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Mix together spice cake mix and pumpkin puree. Stir (or mix if using a stand mixer) until well blended.
Fold in dark chocolate chips.
Distribute evenly between the 12 muffin cups and top with a few extra chocolate chips (because you can always use a little more chocolate).
Bake for 18-22 minutes, then transfer them onto a cooling rack. While the cool, make your self a cup of coffee…because these are GOOD with a cup of coffee.
