Lately I’ve been craving something fresh and fruity when lunch time comes around–sometimes for dinner when we get home from the gym. Maybe that has something to do with the hot summer weather we’ve got going on. I’ve needed a change from my Go-To Green Smoothie and my Peach Mango Smoothie, so I decided to try out this smoothie bowl thing. With fresh fruit in season, it’s the perfect time to try out some new smoothie recipes, right? So here’s what you need:
1/4 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1/3 cup Mango Chunks
1/3 cup Pineapple Chunks
3-4 Strawberries
Granola and fresh fruit for garnish
