I’m one of those people that’s always got something going on. Whether I’m working at my day job, working on blog content, photographs, reading, or picking away on my guitar, I tend to keep my days full. At then end of a long workday, we all need to find a good way to relax, right? I like to unwind with a glass of good wine, and this Southern Hills Cabernet Sauvignon from Wente Wines is a favorite.
My favorite thing to pair with my glass of wine is good music. Having grown up in a home where the arts are important, I was also raised with a passion for all kinds of music. Whether it’s listening to it, singing, or attempting to learn my favorite songs on the guitar, you’ll always hear music in our home. When my parents gave me my turntable in college, I raided my dad’s record collection and brought a few of my favorites home with me (don’t worry, he knows I’ve got them). There’s nothing like the sound of music on vinyl, and my record collection is so much fun for me to thumb through at then end of the day. Plus, I’ve got a reason to pop into local record shops and search for “new” ones to add to my shelf.
