Ever since I wore that first black, wide leg jumpsuit when I was in Charleston, I’ve had a thing for these crazy comfortable pieces. I stumbled across this midi-length one and snapped it right up, not even thinking about it being the middle of winter. Of course, that’s not saying much around here…it was back up to 70 degrees today.
Still, on a more blustery, gray day I figured out a fun way to wear this comfy little jumpsuit to tide me over until the weather warms up. As a gal who doesn’t often stray from her mostly black & gray wardrobe, I’ve fallen hard for this jacket (also seen here) and it’s surprisingly versatile if you’re in a similar boat. I threw it on to make this wide leg jumpsuit a little more cold-weather-friendly and to add a little bit of color to the look.

This is a slightly dressier look for me, but it makes for a fun date night look, in my opinion. To keep things a little more casual, I think it’d be fun to style this wide-leg jumpsuit with a cozy cardigan like (which I have and LOVE). And, of course, it will be fun to dress it up with some fun jewelry when the weather is warmer.
