Well, let’s talk about stepping out of your comfort zone again. This outfit was another one of those moments for me. Of course, I figured that if I were stepping out of my style comfort zone, I might as well do it at a conference filled with bloggers, right? I wore this crazy comfortable pair of pants and a knotted black cropped tee for the last day of The Blog Societies Conference. (And OF COURSE these exact pieces are all sold out. Keep an eye out for these pants on the clearance rack at Old Navy because they are the best!)
I mentioned in my last post that I dressed more for comfort at this year’s conference, and that was my goal with this look as well. Of course, I was constantly fidgeting with my top to make sure it wasn’t riding up too high. While it was a fun detour from what I would wear most days, I think one crop top might be all I have in me. Being comfortable is way too important for me to be worrying with my shirt riding up all day.
This look ran all over Chicago after the conference ended and I said goodbye to all my new blogger friends (miss y’all!) We visited a couple of tourist spots, dropped in on a Lollapalooza event, and rushed back through the city to make the flight home.
